INSURANCE COVERAGE: Rental properties are insured for the building only. The landlords cannot insure for
Tennants personal belongings. It is highly recommended that you obtain Renters Insurance.

ISSUES:
1) How to operate your refrigerator. If you bring a car load of groceries home, and place them in your
refrigerator, and want them to cool quickly, just place them in the fridge with the temperature control on Medium. If
you turn the control on High, the contents will not cool faster. The refridgerator will simply overload and the
condenser will freeze. If this does happen to you, remove all food and place it in a cooler with ice. Turn the
refrigerator off overnight. Turn it back on to Medium, wait for it to cool, and then place your cold food back in the
refrigerator.
2) Shared Laundry: If you live in an apartment building with a shared laundry, the laundry is for tennet's laundry
only. If your friends, or others, do their laundry there, the provided units may not be sufficient for the renters.
3) Vacuum cleaners: If a vacuum cleaner is provided, please use it and return it within an hour. Other tennents
or maintenance persons may be waiting for it. If a vacuum cleaner is not provided, you may borrow one from
Jeanie Cronk for your own use at your residence. Just call 307-532-6480
